The Sleep Series is a collection of five compositions created as a pre-bedtime listening ritual to help the body and mind settle before sleep. Each 43–45 minute recording incorporates sound therapy-informed elements, spacious textures, and calming sonic environments intended to support rest, relaxation, and a slower transition into sleep.

Research suggests that calming music and relaxing sound can support sleep quality for some listeners, especially when used as part of a consistent wind-down routine. These recordings are designed to create a quiet listening environment that encourages the body and mind to settle before bed.

Each recording uses psychoacoustic techniques to help listeners settle in, shift attention, and create a calmer listening environment before sleep. The sounds—from acoustic instruments, synthesized, or sonically manipulated and deconstructed—reflect the natural world.

The various psychoacoustic techniques can include binaural beats, isochronic tones, bilateral panning, filtering, incorporation of spatial effects and entrainment.

Entrainment can play a role in how sound influences attention, perception, and relaxation. With focused listening and breath awareness, these recordings can offer a temporary space away from everyday stress, obligations, and mental noise. Many listeners may feel calmer, more settled, or more prepared for rest after listening.

For the best experience, listen to the Sleep Series as part of a quiet wind-down routine before bed. Choose one recording, lower the lights, silence notifications, and allow the sound to become the main point of attention.

Headphones can offer a more immersive experience, especially for recordings that use binaural beats, bilateral panning, or spatial effects. Speakers can also be used if that feels more comfortable while resting.
